Our passionate team of experts has extensive experience in the industry, in both Europe and Asia Pacific, and has contributed to award winning projects with international airports, pharmaceutical and IT companies, as well as helped their clients obtain LEED, BREAM, Green Mark and other local Green Building certifications. However, we are still witnessing too many instances of decision-makers favouring unreliable cheap devices coupled to outdated Building Management Systems (BMS) design, in order to keep CAPEX investments to a minimum. This always results in a significantly reduced building efficiency, increased OPEX and unnecessarily high carbon footprint. To solve this economic and environmental issue, we have created beez-fm.
Our company
We are beez-fm, a Singaporean head quartered Facility Management company specialized in the delivery of BMS as a Service (BaaS). Thanks to our state of the art technology, smart devices, IoT, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence, we are able to deliver highly efficient and innovative BMS solutions, without initial investments. Together with our network of trusted partners based all around the Asia Pacific region and with our main supplier, SAUTER, based in Basel, Switzerland, we help companies decrease considerably their energy consumption, while improving the overall comfort for the end-users.
