Terms of Use — beez-fm

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the beez-fm platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by beez-fm Pte. Ltd. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

beez-fm operates an Outcome-Based Marketplace designed to facilitate GreenTech retrofits. We provide AI-driven simulation (RizaOne) and marketplace matchmaking services connecting building owners, green capital providers, greentech suppliers, and Operations & Maintenance (OBM) partners.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code or algorithms of the RizaOne AI or the beez-hive integration tools.
You will not use the Services to transmit malicious code, upload falsely manipulated facility data, or engage in any behavior that disrupts the marketplace ecosystem.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionalities, and proprietary AI models (including but not limited to RizaOne and beez-hive protocols) on the platform are owned by beez-fm Pte. Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our RizaOne AI aims for 95% precision in predicting energy savings, beez-fm provides its marketplace services "as is." We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes unless expressly written and secured under our insurance-backed outcome contracts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, beez-fm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
